About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Leading, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, set and achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive sales growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong market research and analytical skills to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong networking and social media marketing skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
