About the Role
As an Admission Counsellor/Sales/Business Development professional at an Edutech Firm in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admission process and promoting courses offered by the company.
Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins and telephonic inquiries at the branch to guide potential students effectively.
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into successful admissions.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to raise awareness about the company's courses.
- Schedule batches for various courses offered by the company, while tracking course timelines and updates.
- Address and resolve student queries, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Manage branch cash and cheque deposits in a timely manner.
- Motivate branch staff to achieve quarterly and yearly targets, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Oversee and maintain branch operations, including business reports and performance tracking.
- Ensure systematic tracking of inquiries, admissions, and overall business progress.
What You'll Need
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Education and Sales background preferred.
