About the Role
As a Customer Support Sales Executive at Legitimate Health Solution Private Limited, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues while also identifying sales opportunities to grow the business.
Day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer calls, emails, and chats, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and contribute to the development of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Domestic calling experience and computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management
