Graduate Engineering Trainee

About the Role

As a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Lennox India Technology Centre, you will be part of a dynamic team that aims for excellence and delivers innovative, sustainable products and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction ideas to deliver measurable benefits to the organization.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring seamless coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analyze and evaluate ideas, preparing and presenting compelling business cases to cross-functional teams.
• Develop concept designs related to sheet metal and plastics using advanced design methodologies and techniques.
• Perform comprehensive analysis using NUDs, DFMEA, Risk Analysis, and RCA.
• Oversee simulations and physical tests to validate ideas and design concepts.
• Work with suppliers to develop samples, prototypes, and tools.
• Coordinate the creation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and collaborate with Manufacturing teams.
• Support VAVE team activities, including product teardown, benchmarking, and idea generation.

What You'll Need

• A bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
• Familiarity with analytical and CAD software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
