Human Resources Intern (6-Month Contract)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, from onboarding and offboarding to recruitment coordination, background checks, and workplace health and safety support.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations Support: Support the HR Operations team with day-to-day administrative and employee support activities.
- Onboarding Coordination: Help coordinate onboarding activities with teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, IT, hiring managers, and other business partners.
- Offboarding Coordination: Support offboarding activities in partnership with IT, HRBPs, HR Operations, managers, and employees.
- Background Check Coordination: Help coordinate pre-employment background checks in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Recruitment Support: Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Need
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or a related administrative role.
- A college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work clearly and professionally across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS systems.
