About the Role
In this role as an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of purchasing insurance plans, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable policies. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers and build relationships with existing clients. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals by selling insurance products to clients.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers and develop sales strategies.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and hire new talent.
- Participate in team-building activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
