About the Role

As a fresher in our finance operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring timely submission of timesheets. You will work closely with our finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and submit timesheets for review and approval.
  • Assist in the implementation of process changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in finance operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance team members and department heads.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in financial data.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws related to finance and payroll.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in finance operations or related field.
  • Knowledge of payroll and timesheet management software.
