About the Role
This Associate role in the US Healthcare Voice Process involves handling customer interactions through voice support, resolving customer queries with a customer-first approach, and maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be required to follow process guidelines and compliance requirements, use basic computer applications for transaction processing, and provide excellent English communication skills to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice support, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements to ensure seamless transaction processing and maintain service quality.
- Use basic computer applications for transaction processing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in structured training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest ideas for enhancing customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Ability to work in US shifts, including night shifts.
- High school certificate (HSC) or any graduate degree.
- Any one original photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
