About the Role

A Talecaller at LOGIX MANPOWER SERVICES is responsible for handling incoming calls from clients and candidates, responding to queries, and providing information about job openings and the recruitment process. This role involves excellent communication skills, both in Hindi and English, to effectively engage with clients and candidates. The Talecaller will also work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient placement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to queries and provide information about job openings, company profiles, and the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively with clients and candidates in Hindi and English to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient placement process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, queries, and interactions with clients and candidates.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the recruitment team to improve the placement process.
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of the recruitment process and placement work.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of HR software.
• HR or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
