Analyst Record to Report

About the Role

As an Analyst Record to Report at Louis Dreyfus Company, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, preparing and reviewing financial reports, and maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends and discrepancies, and providing insights to management to inform business decisions.

You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost control and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost control.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax compliance and audit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger reconciliations and inter-company transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management to inform business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including general ledger systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax compliance and audit.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CFA, is a plus.
