About the Role

An SAP Consultant at LTIMindtree plays a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for clients across various industries. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, designing and configuring SAP systems, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Day-to-day tasks may include conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users, developing and maintaining SAP reports, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP solutions to meet client requirements
• Design and develop custom SAP reports to enhance business insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP system functionality

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, and SAP MM
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
