About the Role
As a BPO Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls to customers, responding to inbound calls, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to inbound calls, resolving customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
- High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
- 0-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts.
