About the Role

As a Receptionist at M Gheewala Global Hr Consultants, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling a range of receptionist activities such as answering phone calls, greeting guests, and managing the front desk. You will also be responsible for performing telecalling tasks to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

This role requires a male candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the reception area to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients and visitors.
  • Perform telecalling tasks to communicate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Manage the front desk, including maintaining accurate records, handling cash transactions, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of telecalling and customer service principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on English language and communication skills.
