About the Role

As a Creative Designer at Magentic AI, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and engaging designs that effectively communicate the brand's message across various AI and technology platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative and user-centric designs that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts, prototypes, and final designs that meet the company's creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for AI and technology products, including UI/UX design, motion graphics, and typography.
• Develop brand guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
• Design and develop presentations, reports, and other visual materials to support business growth and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
• Work with the product development team to ensure design concepts are feasible and meet customer needs.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as AI-powered design software or machine learning algorithms.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual content creation principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Certifications in design, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
