About the Role

As a Receptionist at our Logistic company, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing front office operations, handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and tasks within the office, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations, including receiving and directing visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and other office activities.
  • Develop and maintain a professional and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors to ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with front office software and systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
