Associate Software Engineer

About the Role

We are building next-generation AI-powered platforms that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), NLP, and agentic workflows to automate critical business processes across multiple domains. As an Associate Engineer, you will join our AI/ML team to learn, contribute, and grow while working on real-world projects. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about AI and eager to build their careers in applied machine learning and intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing AI/ML workflows under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the creation of APIs and backend services for AI-driven applications.
• Contribute to training and evaluating ML models for tasks such as classification and prediction.
• Learn to work with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and support prompt engineering and RAG workflows.
• Participate in building document processing pipelines using OCR and ML validation.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI models with external systems via APIs.
• Engage in agile sprints, design discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
• Document learnings, processes, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

What You'll Need

• Strong foundation in Python programming.
• Basic understanding of ML concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn preferred).
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Exposure to NLP concepts (text classification, summarization) is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases and APIs is desirable.
• Eagerness to learn cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
