About the Role

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) department, you will support the inspection and validation of finished tractors before dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-dispatch inspection of finished tractors
• Verify assembly completeness and product quality
• Record inspection findings and maintain quality documentation
• Support defect identification and corrective action activities
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Dispatch teams
• Participate in process audits and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Contribute to quality assurance and manufacturing excellence programs

What You'll Need

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• Key Skills: Manufacturing Processes, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI), Engineering Drawings, Inspection Techniques, Vehicle Systems, Root Cause Analysis, 5S Methodology, MS Office, CAD (Preferred), ERP Systems (Preferred)
