About the Role
This Talent Acquisition Intern role is perfect for a fresher who wants to dive into the world of recruitment and talent acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment. As a key member of the hiring team, you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders across multiple business functions, including sales, operations, marketing, curriculum, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels to fill open positions across various business functions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers to stay on top of the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them informed and engaged.
- Support job postings, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Assist with recruitment drives and other talent acquisition initiatives to help drive business growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and WhatsApp to facilitate communication.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to stay organized and focused.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets to track candidate data and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Willingness to work from the HSR Layout office, Monday to Friday, and participate in virtual hiring drives on Saturdays as needed.
