About the Role

As a CA / CMA - Record To Report (R2R) at Mascot E Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and performing month-end close tasks. Your day-to-day activities will involve analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. You will also be required to communicate financial information to stakeholders and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform month-end close tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledger accounts and financial records.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) certification.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial reporting software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in a record-to-report (R2R) role.
