About the Role

In this role, you'll be working on the frontend of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that leverages cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, NLP, and LLM to provide personalized customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining the user interface of the platform using React, Vue.js, and other relevant technologies.

You'll work closely with the development team to design and implement features that enhance the user experience, ensure seamless integration with other systems, and provide real-time data analytics to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the frontend of the CDP platform using React, Vue.js, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Work with the data team to integrate real-time data analytics and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues, and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development, and contribute to the improvement of the platform.
• Participate in code reviews, and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and relevant frameworks like React and Vue.js.
• Experience with AI/ML, NLP, and LLM technologies, and their applications in customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and Twilio Segment.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and debugging.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
