About the Role

In this Tele sales role at Matrimony.com, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-4 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English language skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
