About the Role

Inside Sales Associate is a full-time role at MediBuddy in Indore.

Responsibilities

• Counsel around 100 customers over the phone daily who have downloaded MediBuddy.
• Follow up with them and convert them into leads.
• Influence consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.
• Maintain procedures, processes, and quality on all calls.
• Expeditiously resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and talk time targets.

What You'll Need

• MS-Office skills.
• Cold calling experience.
• Excellent English and Hindi proficiency (spoken).
• Effective sales and communication skills.
