About the Role

As an Inside Sales Associate at MediBuddy, you will be responsible for counseling customers over the phone, converting them into leads, and influencing their choice of service. You will work closely with a team to maintain high-quality calls and resolve customer complaints efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded MediBuddy.
• Follow up with customers and convert them into leads.
• Influence consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.
• Maintain procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and talk time targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• MS-Office skills to manage and analyze data.
• Cold calling skills to effectively reach out to customers.
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken) to communicate with customers.
• Good Hindi proficiency (spoken) to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Sales skills to convert customers into leads.
• Effective communication skills to resolve customer complaints.
• Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
