Trainee Accountant (Fresher)

About the Role

As a Trainee Accountant at Mekeran Energy & Infra Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for assisting with bank reconciliation and account verification, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You will also coordinate with internal departments to facilitate finance-related activities, developing a strong understanding of the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in bank reconciliation and account verification to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate finance-related activities, such as invoicing and payment processing.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement them in the company's financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Reconciliation
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software and tools, such as Tally or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and systems.
