About the Role

As an HR Executive at MEPTOR CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects, including recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source and shortlist candidates for various positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and benefits information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Certifications in HR, such as HRCI or SHRM, are a plus.
