About the Role

An Implementation Specialist at Meritto plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our SaaS solutions by clients. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and preferences
• Develop and deliver training programs for clients to ensure effective use of our SaaS solutions
• Work closely with the product team to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Provide exceptional customer support, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our SaaS solutions to clients

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
