About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy of global securities accounting data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accuracy of global securities accounting data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to resolve issues and provide timely reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of finance operations processes, including process governance and risk awareness.
• Analyze and resolve complex analytical problems, using AI-powered tools and ERP platforms to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using reporting tools to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and internal policies, ensuring that all accounting data is accurate and compliant.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Finance operations processes and process governance.
• Risk awareness and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in finance operations or accounting.
