About the Role
This Finance & MIS Executive role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as maintaining and analyzing Management Information Systems (MIS) dashboards to provide insights for business growth.
As a Finance & MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial data, preparing financial reports, and performing reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating MIS dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage and maintain financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Maintain and update MIS dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in business performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an ERP environment.
- Proficient in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
