About the Role
As a Web Fullstack Developer at Michelin, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end and back-end of web applications using a range of technologies. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces that meet the company's high standards.
Working closely with the development team, you will contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that web applications are stable, secure, and meet the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using UI components and frontend technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, Astro, and React.
- Develop robust back-end services using TypeScript and Apostrophe CMS to support the front-end applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize requirements, and contribute to the entire development lifecycle.
- Ensure that web applications are stable, secure, and meet the business requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and suggest improvements to the development team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, Astro, UI components, TypeScript, Apostrophe CMS, React, and Svelte.
- Experience with front-end technologies and back-end services.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, object-oriented programming, and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications in relevant technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud, are a plus.
