• Equipment Troubleshooting:Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with semiconductor manufacturing equipment; work closely with senior engineers to diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Manufacturing Operations Support:Support day-to-day manufacturing operations at Micron’s Gujarat facility; ensure equipment uptime, process quality, and safety compliance are maintained at all times.

• Technical Data Analysis:Collect, interpret, and analyze manufacturing process data using analytical tools; identify trends and anomalies that may affect production quality or throughput.

• Process Improvement:Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in workflows, suggesting solutions, and assisting in the implementation of process changes under engineering supervision.

• Documentation:Maintain accurate technical logs, maintenance records, and production reports; prepare clear documentation of troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions.

• Safety Compliance:Follow and enforce Micron’s strict safety protocols for semiconductor manufacturing environments; participate in regular safety audits and training sessions.

• Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams including process engineers, quality assurance, and supply chain to support smooth production operations and resolve multi-disciplinary technical issues.
