About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
