About the Role

As an intern at Milestone Technologies, you will support technical teams and program managers by assisting with client demonstration preparation, managing demo assets, and contributing directly to AI development activities including coding, data handling, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, testing, and validating client demo environments and AI agent workflows to ensure readiness and successful execution.
• Organize, catalog, and manage technical demo assets, code repositories, and documentation to support client engagements and internal knowledge sharing.
• Support briefing sessions by helping gather and share relevant client objectives, technical context, and messaging as directed by supervisors.
• Contribute to AI solution development by supporting coding tasks such as prompt engineering, automation scripting, and prototype development, leveraging creativity and interdisciplinary knowledge.
• Participate in data-related tasks including collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering that support AI projects.
• Assist in designing tests, collecting and analyzing user or system data to evaluate AI demo effectiveness and aid iterative improvement.

What You'll Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic programming knowledge, preferably Python or similar languages commonly used in AI and automation workflows.
• Authorization to work in the United States (or specify your location).
