About the Role

This Supply Chain Operations Specialist role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities, from customer master creation to invoicing and logistics management.

You will be responsible for managing international trade documentation, coordinating shipments, and resolving operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer master creation, sales order processing, and invoicing activities using SAP SD/MM.
• Coordinate shipments, track inventory, and resolve operational issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping-related documents.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with traders, customers, logistics providers, and internal functional teams to ensure effective stakeholder management.
• Perform advanced data analysis and reporting using Excel to support business decisions and drive process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM and hands-on experience in customer master creation, sales order processing, and invoicing activities.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with global stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in Supply Chain Operations, Trade Operations, or Customer Service in a commodity trading or international business environment.
