About the Role
As a Field Executive at Mobicure Solution, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the Bhopal region, focusing on generating new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Day-to-day, you will be visiting customers, conducting product demos, and providing expert advice on our solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bhopal region, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve sales effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to improve our market position.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Lead Generation, Wiring, Product Demo, and Area Knowledge skills.
