About the Role
In this Telesales Telecaller Outbound role at Money Plus Associates, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, provide product information, and close sales deals. You'll work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product information to meet their requirements.
- Close sales deals by negotiating and resolving customer queries.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Document customer interactions, sales calls, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
