About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive at Movie Time Cinemas Private Limited, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their movie-going experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to ticket bookings, show timings, and other cinema-related services.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
