About the Role

As a BPO Tele Caller in Hindi and Telugu, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and resolving their issues in a polite and courteous manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in Hindi and Telugu.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
