About the Role

As a Workday HCM/Finance/HR/Integration Consultant at Mukul Consultants, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Workday solutions for clients across various industries. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and providing technical expertise to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized Workday solutions to meet their requirements. This may involve configuring Workday modules, integrating with third-party systems, and providing training to clients on using the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday solutions for clients across various industries, including HCM, Finance, and HR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems.
• Configure Workday modules, including HCM, Finance, and HR, to meet client requirements.
• Integrate Workday with third-party systems, such as ERP, CRM, and other HR systems.
• Provide training to clients on using the Workday platform, including configuration, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday product releases, updates, and best practices to ensure expertise and provide value-added services to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Workday HCM, Finance, and HR modules.
• Integration with third-party systems, including ERP, CRM, and other HR systems.
• Studio, Prism Analytics, and Extend tools for Workday configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in Workday implementation, integration, and consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
