Growth Strategist, Retail Solutions

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for retail solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and creating proposals to present to clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for retail solutions, aligned with business objectives and market trends.

• Create engaging proposals and presentations to pitch to clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis, including data collection and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to create engaging proposals and presentations, with a focus on storytelling and visual appeal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
