About the Role
This HRO - Learning and Development role at Multibhashi Solutions Private Limited involves creating, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Key Responsibilities

- Manage training budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs, participant data, and evaluation results.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint to create engaging training materials.
- Excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
