About the Role
This AI Performance Marketing Intern role involves supporting the Digital Marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
As an intern, you will have hands-on experience with live campaigns, analytics, lead generation, and campaign optimization while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.
Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in campaign planning, conducting keyword research, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with the Content and Design teams for campaign creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve CTR, Quality Score, CPL, and conversions.
- Track campaign budgets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Support A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the Content and Design teams for campaign creatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, MBA, BBA, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 65% aggregate throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation/Post Graduation).
- Google Ads Certification is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Performance Marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Google Ads Search, Display, and Performance Max campaign knowledge.
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio and Cava.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini AI, or similar productivity platforms.
What You'll Learn
This internship provides hands-on experience managing live Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, exposure to AI-powered marketing strategies and automation tools, and mentorship from experienced Performance Marketing professionals.
You will also have the opportunity to work on enterprise-level Healthcare and AI marketing projects and potentially receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
