About the Role

Myntra is hiring candidates for the role of Associate – Planning in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact demand, utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, Python & Data Science modelling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to gather insights, align on forecast assumptions, and communicate demand expectations.
• Forecast Accuracy Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine forecasting models and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast error.

What You'll Need

The ideal candidate should have:

• BE/BTech from Tier 1 institute & with a professional experience of 0-2 years
• Professional experience in e-commerce / Retail / Analytics
• Strong problem-solving ability – The ideal candidate should demonstrate structured thinking, robust analytical skills, and a strong orientation towards processes.
• Strong in Data analytics – Should be highly proficient in Advances Excel, SQL & Python
