About the Role

This role involves designing and delivering classroom and lab-based training sessions on generative AI concepts, agentic AI frameworks, and practical implementation using industry-standard tools and programming languages.

As a Classroom Trainer - Data Science, you will create and update training content, hands-on exercises, and real-time project examples to align with current industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom and lab-based training sessions on generative AI concepts, agentic AI frameworks, and practical implementation using industry-standard tools and programming languages.
• Create and update training content, hands-on exercises, and real-time project examples to align with current industry trends.
• Mentor learners, clarify technical concepts, support project work, and prepare participants for interviews and placements.
• Collaborate with other trainers, collect feedback to improve course quality, and conduct workshops or seminars for college and corporate audiences as needed.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, generative models (e.g., LLMs), and agent-based systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and ML, and incorporate this knowledge into training content.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Computer Software Training and Training skills.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.
• Practical Software Development skills, preferably with experience implementing Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions using relevant tools and frameworks.
• Instructional Design skills, including the ability to structure curricula, develop learning materials, and create assessments that measure outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML or instructional design are an advantage.
