Internal Audit & Compliance Accountant

About the Role

As an Internal Audit & Compliance Accountant at Naukripay, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, identifying areas of risk, and implementing controls to mitigate those risks. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.

You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial statements, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial statements, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and identify trends.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
