Accountant ( Gurgaon)

About the Role

As an Accountant at Naukripay group, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and making tax payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actual comparisons and variance analyses.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting models to inform business decisions.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
