About the Role
This in-office position at our Sinhagad Road Office focuses on identifying opportunities to implement AI tools and automation across existing systems, departments, and business workflows. You will set up AI-powered workflows, automate repetitive tasks, configure chatbots and AI assistants, connect no-code platforms, test solutions, document processes, and train teams to use AI tools effectively.
As a Generative AI Engineer, you will work closely with our team to understand processes and identify automation opportunities, and develop strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up AI-powered workflows to automate business processes
- Configuring chatbots and AI assistants to enhance customer experience
- Connecting no-code platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools to streamline workflows
- Testing and documenting AI-powered solutions to ensure seamless integration
- Training teams to use AI tools effectively and efficiently
- Identifying automation opportunities across existing systems and departments
- Developing and implementing AI-powered workflows to improve business efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI tools and automation
- Experience with no-code platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI assistants, chatbots, and prompt creation
- Ability to understand processes and identify automation opportunities
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
