About the Role

This Human Resource (HR) role at New Age Vehicles is designed to support the company's growth by handling various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

As a fresher in the HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating with the management team to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
