About the Role
As a Telecaller at NEW VISION INDIA, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our software products. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with customers, and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and promote our software products.
- Build rapport with customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
- Generate leads and drive sales by identifying potential customers and converting them into paying clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide them with the necessary information.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently making a high volume of calls and converting leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that our products and services remain competitive.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of generating leads and driving sales.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Degree in any field (preferably in Marketing or Sales).
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
