About the Role

The Software Engineer, CX role at Nice is an exciting opportunity for a talented software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of applications on the NiCE CXone platform.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. They will also develop scalable REST APIs, integrate them with modern Angular front-end applications, and implement features following Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles.

The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

What You'll Need

• Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Angular/REACT is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs using JSON and REST.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases using MySQL.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated integration tests using Cucumber BDD.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit.
• Experience with GitHub version control systems.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
