About the Role

As a Freelance GenAI Corporate Trainer at NIIT Limited, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to corporate clients on the latest GenAI trends and technologies, including Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. You will work closely with clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training programs that cater to their specific requirements. Your primary goal will be to equip corporate professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively leverage GenAI in their respective roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs on GenAI concepts, tools, and applications for corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their training needs and preferences.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop customized training solutions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging training content, including presentations, workshops, and hands-on exercises.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients to ensure they are able to effectively apply GenAI concepts in their work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest GenAI trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement GenAI-related training initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI concepts, tools, and applications, including Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
